Skipper Jack’s has been locally owned and family operated in Moncton for over 20 years. Originally established as a quick-service takeout fish n’ chipery, it has grown into a full-service Maritime restaurant. The modern, comfortable decor now complements its role as a welcoming dine-in destination for any occasion.
Our menu celebrates traditional local favorites, prepared in a cozy, friendly atmosphere. We use only the finest and freshest ingredients, making every dish to order. A customer favorite, our lobster rolls are made with freshly shucked Bay of Fundy lobster right here in our kitchen. We are committed to quality, using no MSG in our batters, breading, or spices.
We’re renowned for our fresh-cut fries, prepared daily for the best flavor and texture. Alongside Maritime seafood classics like fried clams, seafood chowder, fish n’ chips, and lobster rolls, you’ll also find innovative dishes such as lobster poutine and fish tacos.
